i found the staff to be very friendly. most employees spoke english well. the room was nice and clean. the amenities were great too.
i found the extra bed we requested for our daughter was not made up. we had to request the bed to be made up again after going out for dinner. the spare pillows were very poor quality. the breakfast was limited.

the breakfast was varied. it had a good selection of items (especially fresh fruit). the spa area had a pool. i saw a sauna and a couple of gyms. the staff were polite.
the room i had was not soundproofed. i could hear other guests. the housekeeping team was loud (i heard them bang doors during the day).

a charmed stay!
positive stafffriendly mangreat attitude
belsem, a staff member, always radiated positive energy. i noticed her kindness at breakfast and the reception. ali, a member of the housekeeping team, was friendly and polite. the staff's attitude, in general, greatly impressed me.
The bar service lacked promptness. I found i was always chasing after team members for assistance.

the hotel is near several restaurants, allowing many choices. the metro is within a short walk, about 10 minutes, if i remember correctly. it provides easy access to different parts of the city.

My room was tidy. I noticed that the bathroom was modern. i had a good replenishment of water everyday which i found very charming. the bed was very comfy, and the choice of pillows were awesome.
